THIS IS NOTHING NEW

MOVEMENT IN MOTION

There’s nothing new about a
100% recycled plastic bike.

It’s time to rethink how bikes are made.

  • In search of an alternative for hard to recycle metal frames we found that plastic can be recycled and reshaped locally with little use of energy.

Every bicycle we build is also fully recyclable.

  • It’s time for a bicycle that was not made in a factory on the other side of the world, but in a lab at its destination.

Not only is this far more sustainable, it also makes for a faster and more transparant supply chain.

  • We’ve all seen rusty bicycles with broken chains lying on the side of the road, sad for both the owner and the environment.

The material bike has been redesigned and reworked until it needed no maintenance at all to last a lifetime.

Making grandpa proud.

“We are Johannes and Benjamin. Our grandpa ran a bicycle repair shop. We share his love for tinkering and want to take it one step further: tinkering with the very concept of a bike.

Instead of running a repair shop, we are repairing the way bicycles are produced. Preventing you from needing a repair shop in the first place. I’m proud we’ve made a bike that my grand kids can still use, or recycle if they don’t like my design.”

Re:forming plastic.
Re:shaping the future.

Our bicycles are designed to be circular. The materials consist of high-quality and fully recycled plastic waste. We produce and recycle with 100% renewable energy in our Lab in Nijkerk, keep the CO2 footprint to a minimum. The bicycles have been tested for safety and approved according to European guidelines.

Imagine this.

A new kind of bicycle
Imagine your current bicycle. What if it would never rust, never need oil, never need cleaning? Imagine you could make an entire new bike from your old one. Produced locally, without waiting for parts to ship from Asia.

Constant footprint reduction
Since 2016 we’ve been rethinking every part of the bicycle, its purpose, material and origin. We are strongly betting on innovation, launching even more strategic projects in the fields of recycling and in-house production, to further minimise the footprint of our bicycles.

Rapid prototyping
More and more parts are made in-house, enabling us to create new prototypes in days instead of months. The material allows us to create new shapes and solutions, creating an ever better bicycle.
